Traditional soldering irons cannot reach the hidden joints beneath BGA packages, and they risk damaging delicate SMDs. Hot air soldering offers a non-contact, evenly distributed heat source that can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BGA \u548c\u5c0f\u578b SMD
