<strong>\u70ed\u98ce\u8fd4\u4fee\u7ad9<\/strong> \u662f\u624b\u673a\u7535\u8def\u677f\u7ef4\u4fee\u7684\u5fc5\u5907\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u66f4\u6362\u5145\u7535\u96c6\u6210\u7535\u8def\u3001\u79fb\u9664\u6545\u969c\u7535\u5bb9\u5668\u8fd8\u662f\u91cd\u65b0\u88c5\u7403 BGA \u82af\u7247\uff0c\u70ed\u98ce\u6280\u672f\u90fd\u80fd\u8ba9\u6280\u672f\u4eba\u5458\u5728\u4e0d\u635f\u574f PCB
