class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BGA\u8fd4\u5de5\u662f\u6307\u5c06\u6709\u6545\u969c\u7684BGA\u82af\u7247\u4ecePCB\u4e0a\u62c6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5e76\u66f4\u6362\u4e3a\u65b0\u7684\u82af\u7247\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u786e\u4fdd\u7535\u6c14\u8fde\u63a5\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3002\u4e0e\u4f20\u7edf\u5143\u5668\u4ef6\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u5176\u710a\u70b9\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5c01\u88c5\u4e0b\u65b9\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u4e13\u7528\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u635f\u574f\u7535\u8def\u677f\u6216\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u5143\u5668\u4ef6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \u63d0\u4f9b\u7cbe\u786e\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u548c\u6c14\u6d41\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u4e0d\u635f\u574f\u9644\u8fd1\u90e8\u4ef6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7194\u5316\u710a\u6599\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u710a\u63a5\u7ad9<\/strong> \u7528\u4e8e\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u5904\u7406\u90e8\u4ef6\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u653e\u5927\u5de5\u5177\u6216\u663e\u5fae\u955c<\/strong> \u2013 \u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u8fd4\u5de5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7535\u8def\u677f\u4fdd\u6301\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u9759\u7535\u653e\u7535\uff08ESD\uff09\u9632\u62a4<\/strong> \u2013 \u662f\u9886\u5148\u7684\u710a\u63a5\u548c\u8fd4\u4fee\u8bbe\u5907\u5236\u9020\u5546\uff0c\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u7535\u5b50\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u63d0\u4f9b\u4f18\u8d28\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u51ed\u501f 30 \u591a\u5e74\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0cGordak \u5c06\u5148\u8fdb\u6280\u672f\u3001\u7cbe\u786e\u6e29\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u548c ESD
