December is a monumental period for a company. It is a month we all look forward to in the year.
It not only gives us an opportunity to review our year, count our victories, and look forward to a new year, it also allows us to share the Christmas cheer with our staff and wonderful clients.
2020 was an excellent year for us; despite the pandemic =, travel bans, and even social distancing, we were still able to progress together as a company, retain our old customers, gain new clients, and even improve our product quality.
2020 remains one of the most prosperous we have ever experienced, as the challenges that accompanied the year only made us stronger. This is why it is very important to us that we give back.
The executive management team held a meeting and decided that they must substantially give back to customers and members of staff.
It has always been a yearly tradition to give back, but the happenings of this year only made the need stronger.
So, we got the database forms to seek out our clients’ history, contact details, and locations so that we could package custom made gifts to meet their individual and company needs. We sent these beautiful gift items to all our clients worldwide.
We are manufacturers of soldering and rework stations, and we understand how laborious manufacturing even one of these rework stations can be.
We also know that the labour intensiveness doubled in 2020 because of the pandemic and the need for social distances.
So, our executive team planned a big Christmas party for all staff to give out gifts and awards.
The party hosted a big Christmas tree, lights, exotic food, and even Christmas music to spread the Christmas cheer.
Gifts were specially branded for each staff member and awards were presented with thanks to the awardee.
Our company’s managing director, to everybody’s surprise, thanked individual members of each department, calling both their names and surnames.
As big as our company is, he still dimmed it fit to know the names and surnames of every member of the company.
This was a huge encouragement to everybody and a good sign of a healthy working environment.
Departments and department heads were also thanked as a whole, and every department received an award for their special services.
After the award ceremony, food was served and the environment was filled with life and joy.
At the end of the event, the managing director implored all staff members and collective departments to keep up the good work come 2021, he stated that as we have always done, we must collectively overcome whatever challenges we face as a company.
We also want to use this opportunity to that all our clients and customers worldwide.
We do not take your patronage for granted and we promise to only always deliver exceptional service.
